The Human Resource department is responsible for recruitment. It performs screening and selection of candidates from among the pool of applicants and submits recommendations to the Company management on the most suitable options to fill the vacancy. In the recruitment process the Department has to screen the applicants’ CVs for relevant qualifications, any potential discrepancies, including hidden records, lies about academic records and employment responsibilities, as well as employment dates and reasons for leaving.
Recent years have also seen a sharp increase in CVs with hidden criminal records, concealed relationships and interactions with criminal elements and organizations, undisclosed connections with individuals or organizations capable of causing potential damage to the employer’s interests, untold wrongdoings or negative behavior in the previous workplace.
In this context many employers are more than eager to ensure that the job applications are thoroughly screened for validity and reliability of information, as well as for qualifications to serve the purpose of safeguarding themselves and their customers from potential fraud. Prime Security LLC performs due diligent checks of job applications and issues detailed reports to the Client on the findings.
Our Clients are advised that in accordance to the Republic of Armenia Law on Data Protection, the employers must obtain the employee’s consent before undertaking any pre-employment screening.
